SITE INSTRUCTION AND RULES

SELL: - Submit item for sale or trade. If appropriate, KC-Bay will add 10% to the asking price and post the item(s).

BUY : - To purchase an item, E-mail KC-Bay the request and an address to send a check to will be provided. On receipt of a check, the contact for the item of interest will be provided and the received check will be held for 48 hours before depositing it to assure satisfaction with the item purchased.

TIME: -Both the Buyer and the Seller agree that if the item was not as represented, a purchased item can be returned within 48 hours

and the check returned for a $3.00 handling fee. After 48 hours, all dealings, responsibilities, and liabilities, will be between the

buyer and seller.

NSF All checks returned for Non Sufficient Funds will be charged $100 and the check referred to "No Bad Checks" for collection.

The intent of this site is to provide a place for Contractors to post surplus material, tools, and vehicles, for sale or trade; and to purchase needed surplus items at a reduced cost.

SOLD ITEMS: All items sold or no longer available for purchase must be reported to KC-Bay within 24 hours, If an item is purchased and not available, the seller is responsible for the 10% handling charge.

PICTURES: In the future it is the intent of the site to offer the ability to post pictures of the items for sale when submitted. Initially, any

pictures must be sent separately to KC-Bay in jpg format less than 500k and will be relayed to buyer on request.

Any suggestions to make the site more usable or friendly will be considered.
